"This had to be the easiest and most painless insurance experience I have ever encountered. I run a community nonprofit and our unique needs had been creating quite a challenge in even explaining what we needed to other agents, let alone finding coverage that worked for us. I discovered Jack Hamblet's agency when they joined in on supporting some of our community activities and, after all but giving up on finding insurance for our organization, I asked just out of curiosity if the coverage we needed was really as impossible as other agents had made it out to be. "I needed help getting an umbrella policy and coverage for an engagement ring I recently purchased. I called in late one evening and was helped by Rebecca. She was extremely nice and made everything easy. I was able to send pictures over electronically and they were able to use my banking info that was already on file. I didn’t have to go into the office or sign any physical paperwork. By the next morning everything was complete. It was a great process and experience."

"Jack himself was great! Very knowledgeable and beyond nice. On the other hand, the people that work under him are just bad. They never return calls, and of you do get ahold of them. They say they’ll call you back but never do. This happen to me probably 10-15 times. Because of that I switched my agent."

"I hate to be THAT person , but I also hate to get scammed on my hard working money , last month ( only been here 2 bill cycles ) my first bill was $460 , because of the 10% discount from the GPS , when I signed up it was never a part of the " conditions" since everything was done via text message , so when we didn't have the GPS we were charged $548, I spoke to the lady there and she said it was due to the GPS , then I INSTALLED THE GPS and INFORMED THEM , to my surprise AGAIN my bill is $548.00 the ONLY way to speak to JACK is through setting up an appt that's weeks out. I did get a couple quotes from other insurance with WAY easier customer service and HONESTY. I did a review last time and took it down because I thought I'd give them a second chance however , I should NOT be having to BEG a insurance agent to take my call. Unless you have the time to be calling every month and running in circles I'd saying look for other insurance , many other brokers who actually help."

"State Farm is great insurance, and Jack Hamblet is one of those agents who really works to make sure your coverage is exactly what you need and want. The first thing he did for us was go over our policies and tweak a few things so we have better coverage for less cost. I have called several times with questions or issues, and if Jack is not in he gets back with me quickly, and answers my question or gets my issue resolved. I highly recommend Jack and his associates! Great service! I just called the office with a question and spoke to Suki. She was great! She checked my policy and answered all of my questions. Great friendly service!"
