This office appears to be incompetent.
I received a letter saying that I "requested" to cancel my insurance on a recently purchased vehicle. This could not be further from the truth, as I had cancelled the insurance for another vehicle I no longer own. Jack's office stated in the letter that the cancellation was made in March 2025; however, I received emails from Jack's office in April 2025 about my new vehicle insurance.
Dealing with Jack and his team is extremely difficult and is a constant chore to get things completed or corrected. I am switching agents ASAP.
